After the Reimagining - Part 1
The Houston Metro bus network reimagining inspired many similar efforts across the country, and the results are coming in. We will hear reimagining results from two mid-sized agencies, along with use of location-based data and community input regarding what makes a transit option competitive to guide a reimagining effort. The board member, who more or less started it all, will reflect on when a redesign or a traditional Comprehensive Operations Analysis (COA) is the best choice to improve bus service.
